1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the RASA Life Science Informatics website or ordering bioinformatics CRO services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Intellectual Property & Scientific Outputs
Unless otherwise agreed in a specific project Contract/SLA:
- The client retains full ownership of all raw data, structures, and files submitted to RASA.
- The client receives full intellectual property rights to the final deliverables, reports, and parsed database outputs generated by RASA.
- RASA retains ownership of its proprietary scripts, pipelines, and algorithms used to process the data.
3. Service Delivery & Liability
RASA delivers computational and bioinformatics analysis services based on current scientific standards. Due to the exploratory nature of biological sciences, RASA does not guarantee specific biological or clinical trials outcomes. RASA's total liability under any service contract shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific project.
4. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising out of our services shall be governed by the laws of India, subject to Pune jurisdiction.
