We collect information necessary to deliver bioinformatics services, QSAR evaluations, molecular modeling, and genomics consultation. This includes:

• Contact Details: Name, professional email address, organization name, phone number.
• Project Scientific Data: FASTA sequence files, raw genomic FASTQ sequencing data, drug structures, chemical formulas, and metadata required for bio-informatics analyses.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, cookies, and page navigation history.

3. Data Security & Storage

All scientific files and genomic raw data are stored on secure cloud servers with strict access controls and end-to-end encryption. R&D project data is kept separate and is deleted upon project completion and client sign-off, or retained in accordance with the service level agreement (SLA).

4. GDPR & Compliance

For clients located in the European Union, we act as a Data Processor under GDPR guidelines. We process personal and biological data solely under the explicit directions of our clients (the Data Controllers).
