Terms and Conditions for Services

1. All materials and results will be provided by RASA LSI Labs upon completion of the study. Should this proposal and study scope not align with the client’s expectations, it is the client’s responsibility to notify RASA LSI Labs in writing of any changes to this proposal prior to initiation of the project.
2. RASA LSI Labs is only responsible for performing services as outlined in this quotation. Pricing and turnaround times provided in the financial proposal are estimates based on information provided by the client and are subject to change. RASA LSI Labs will invoice for all services and/or products provided which may increase or decrease the total estimated costs as outlined in this proposal.
3.  All the service related data will be saved for 3 months after delivering the final service. Company will not be responsible for the data further.
4.  Anything related to service will be handled within 1 months’ time after delivery of result/service; hence the company will not be liable to address any query after that.
5. If the client does not respond to the query (s) related to service (related to input, confirmation on results, or any requirement) within a month, the company holds the right to cancel the registration after 1 month of query. If the client wants to resume the service, he/she needs to contact their respective RASA service executive for the procedure.
6. Additional services or commercial software required to complete this project will incur additional charges. Billing contact information and a purchase order (PO) number must be submitted with each project.
7. Any requirement apart from final confirmed quotation will be treated as a new requirement and will be chargeable according to company guidelines for rate and quotation.
8. 60% of total payment should be made to initiate the service work. 40 %should be made after completion of 30% of service. if the payments are not done according to the dates provided, the company holds the right to remove all the discounts in quotation and cancel the registration of the service. If the client wants to resume the service, he/she needs to contact their respective RASA service executive for the procedure like registration, fine for nonpayment or late installments etc.
9. If there is a delay in service from clients’ side- issues like payments, non-submission of input(S) as required then the company will not be responsible for such delays.
10. For delay in payment, 1% per day will be charged as penalty, which needs to be cleared before resuming work within the duration.
11. All the orders shall be accompanied with the complete billing address including the pin code, contact person name, contact number & email to avoid delay in dispatch of report & invoice.
12. This quotation is written explicitly by Rasa life sciences, 16/6 Ground Floor Pinnac Apartment, Vakil Nagar, Erandwane, Pune, Maharashtra-411052.
13. Billing will be done by Rasa life sciences, 16/6 Ground Floor Pinnac Apartment, Vakil Nagar, Erandwane, Pune, Maharashtra-411052.
14. The quotations, its contents and any correspondence in regards to this quotation restrictly confidential. The information contained in this quote cannot be shared with any other parties without expressed written consent from RASA LSI Labs.
15. RASA LSI Labs reserves the right to pursue the fullest legal action against any violations of confidentiality and improper use or sharing of this quotation.
16. Any disputes arising out of the Contract shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts within the city of Pune only.
